100% recommended!!!I visited this office for the chronic pain in my left hand. This pain went back to 3 years ago when I got injured. I was totally hopeless for getting better.My physiotherapist was Mandreep Kaur. She is amazing!!! Not only she completed the treatment process within 6-7 sessions, she always checked in with me and encouraged me to restart my gym sessions and work out. I am absolutely lucky to be her patient. This pain is gone and it’s unbelievable. I just want to extend my appreciation to her for my sessions and her assistance. I am regularly attending my work out sessions 3/4 times a week.Three thumbs up!!!!
It has always been a great experience to get physiotherapy done at sheer health physio. Manpreet has always helped me recover from my knee pain with a lots of in-clinic treatments and exercises to do on my own.

So I started physio back near the beginning(ish) of August for my hands and wrists, and by the 3rd & 4th appointments I noticed a pretty big difference!It's now the beginning of September and the amount of difference this has made for me is absolutely wonderful!Bit of backstory:I always hesitate to get stuff checked because I'm always worried about finding out things are wrong, but because of the issues I had and how quickly it came to be I actually knew I needed to do something.Since I've started going- Dr Manpreet has been super helpful and friendly, and honestly having her help has made the whole process much less daunting then I was afraid it would be.10/10 recommend- It is absolutely worth going to the other side of town as I go with peace of mind about the whole processThank you so so much for all the help so far!
